BG & Partner AG is an authorised Asset Management Company within the meaning of the Asset Management Act (VVG), which is entitled to perform or arrange the following activities according to Art. 3 Para. 1 VVG:

– Portfolio Management
– Receipt and transmission of orders concerning one or several financial instruments
– Execution of orders on behalf of the client
– Securities and financial analysis or other forms of general recommendations relating to transactions in financial instruments that directly serve customer care
